SHIPPING POLICY
Co.Cos.Jewelry allows you to place your order at any time, 24/7. We process orders during working days from Sunday to Thursday, from 10:00 to 19:00, and on Friday from 10:00 to 14:00.
All orders will be delivered within 3-15 working days, depending on the delivery method and your address. Please note that the delivery time may be extended due to national holidays.
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders above 350.00 NIS, and a flat rate of 18.00 NIS for all orders up to 349.00 NIS for Israel and 25 NIS for other countries.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All products purchased directly from Co.Cos.Jewelry can be returned within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in new and unused condition, with all protective materials intact, and designer tags attached (if applicable).
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition. In such cases, we may offer a reduced refund and will inform you accordingly. Alternatively, you can choose to have the product returned to you at your expense.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or style, you will need to make a return and place a new order separately.
